200 g poppy seeds
50 g almonds
50 g nuts
50 g raisins
Package of biscuits
Execution
Blanch and grind the poppy seeds 3 times until smooth. Blanch the almonds, peel and finely chop. Chop the nuts. Soak the raisins in water, drain. Combine almonds with poppy seeds and mix well.
Arrange alternate layers of biscuits and poppy seeds. Pour cold sweet water on top of the layers, so that the biscuits get wet. Store in refrigerator.
You can adjust the amount of nuts, raisins to your own taste.

Wykonanie
Mak sparzyć i zemleć 3 razy na gładką masę. Migdały sparzyć , obrać ze skórki i drobno pokroić. Orzechy drobno pokroić. Rodzynki namoczyć w wodzie, osączyć. Połączyć bakalie z makiem i dobrze wymieszać.
Układać na przemian warstwami sucharki i mak. Przelać całość chłodną słodką wodą aby sucharki były mokre. Przechowywać w lodówce.
Ilość bakalii można dobrać według swojego smaku
