Delicious Cheese Cake Recipe

Shortbread recipe for the crust:
150 g flour
120 g butter
50 g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk

Cheese filling
1000 g white cheese (quark)
10 eggs
400 g powdered sugar
300 g butter
50 g preserved orange peel
50 g resins
1 pkg vanilla sugar
50 g semolina or 100g flour

Prepare the crust:
Knead the flour. butter, sugar and yolk to smooth dough.
Cover the dough and place in a fridge for 30 minutes
Roll the dough until about 0.5 cm (1/4``)
Flip the dough onto a round 27 cm (11``) “tort” form
Make couple of holes with a fork in the dough so that the steam can escape.
Bake it at 170 C for 20 minutes

Prepare the cheese filling:
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar
Add cheese and semolina / flour to the egg yolk mixture and mix well
Whip the eggs whites. Using a spatula, mix the egg whites with the cheese-egg mixture.

Prepare the cheese cake:
Pour the cheese mixture onto the baked bottom.
Place the aluminum foil wrapped pan into a large oven proof pan. Pour hot water into the large pan until it reaches ½ `` up the sides of the pan.
Bake 1.5 hour at 170°C. Live in the oven to cool.
