Delicious Cheese Cake Recipe
Shortbread recipe for the crust: 150 g flour 120 g butter 50 g powdered sugar 1 egg yolk
Cheese filling 1000 g white cheese (quark) 10 eggs 400 g powdered sugar 300 g butter 50 g preserved orange peel 50 g resins 1 pkg vanilla sugar 50 g semolina or 100g flour
Prepare the crust: Knead the flour. butter, sugar and yolk to smooth dough. Cover the dough and place in a fridge for 30 minutes Roll the dough until about 0.5 cm (1/4``) Flip the dough onto a round 27 cm (11``) “tort” form Make couple of holes with a fork in the dough so that the steam can escape. Bake it at 170 C for 20 minutes
Prepare the cheese filling: Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar Add cheese and semolina / flour to the egg yolk mixture and mix well Whip the eggs whites. Using a spatula, mix the egg whites with the cheese-egg mixture.
Prepare the cheese cake: Pour the cheese mixture onto the baked bottom. Place the aluminum foil wrapped pan into a large oven proof pan. Pour hot water into the large pan until it reaches ½ `` up the sides of the pan. Bake 1.5 hour at 170°C. Live in the oven to cool. Invite Friends and enjoy!
