These chocolate no bake cookies are for chocolate lovers since they have a high content of chocolate. They also have coconut and cornflakes which add a nice crunch.

no bake cookie recipe This coconut cookies recipe is very easy and simple. The no bake cookies are prepared very quickly, but you have to allocate some time for them to dry. It is best to put them in a colder place, like the basement.

The coconut fat can be substituted by any solid tasteless fat. It makes the melting process easier and adds a shine to the dried chocolate.

I strongly recommend to use good quality chocolate. I like to use “Milka” chocolate for baking since the price - taste ratio is just right.

For special occasions I go all the way and buy “Lindt.” These cookies are heavy on chocolate and if you use a sort that just doesn't taste good on its own, the cookies will not turn out right.

The chocolate no bake cookies taste great, are crunchy, and chocolaty, so I hope that you will enjoy them as much as my family does.
